Demetra Trading is a Russian rapeseed oil exporter for food manufacturers and industrial buyers. We supply low-erucic canola-type oil for food frying and high-erucic lots for technical chemistry, with binding quality in the certificate of analysis at load.
Food programs reference erucic acid at or below 2%, with peroxide, colour and smoke behaviour aligned to destination regulation. Industrial streams highlight elevated C22:1 for lubricant, polymer and surfactant channels where identity preservation is part of the contract.
